Richard M. Ongkiko
Richard Ongkiko is a database administrator associate with the UT Health Science Center San Antonio. He received his Masters of Science in Computer Information Systems in 2004 at St. Mary's University. With over 15 years of software development experience, Richard has helped consult and develop web and database applications for small businesses from EMR-based projects to an Aircraft maintenance systems. He’s also an instructor at the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas teaching computer information systems courses.
