S. Thomas Deahl II
S. Thomas Deahl II is Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Comprehensive Dentistry at the UT Health Science Center San Antonio School of Dentistry. He has assisted in the development of the school's Evidence-Based Dentistry Program. He teaches and practices in the Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology Residency, and contributes to the sophomore dental student courses and a dental resident course on evidence-based care. He has previously practiced general dentistry in the Midwest, completed residencies in Oral Pathology and in Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology, and completed a Ph.D. in Radiation Biology at the University of Iowa. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology. He is also a staff lecturer for the continuing education programs of The Institute for Natural Resources both based in Concord, California.
